Nontsikelelo Makaula is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at the National Youth Development Agency. She has been in the Youth development sector for over 10 years.
She holds a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting and B-Tech degree in Project Management from Tshwane University of Technology.
She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School.
She is an MBA candidate at the Stellenbosch Business School. She made the cover story of the July month edition 2023 of the Public Manager magazine as one of the public sector officials steering youth towards greater opportunities.
