The National Youth Development Agency invites service providers for tender for appointment of physical security services for NYDA Branches and Districts over a period of three (3) years (36 months)

A compulsory briefing session will be held on the 28^th of June 2022 @ 10:00am via Microsoft Teams (Click here to join the meeting). Prospective bidders are advised to download Microsoft Teams prior to the time of the meeting. Bidders should forward an email to tenders@nyda.gov.za to be invited to the briefing session. Bidders should note that request for invitation emails should be submitted before or on the 27 ^th of June 2022 @16h00. (Request for invitations will not be entertained after the 27^th of June 2022 @ 16h00)

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued by NYDA. The retyping of the tender document is not permitted. The tenders must be inserted into the Tender Box available at the Reception Area of NYDA Head Office, 54 Maxwell Drive, Woodmead by 11:00 am on the 18^th of July 2022. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.

NB: NYDA reserves the right to cancel this tender without prior notice and not to appoint any service provider.
